I strongly suggest connecting two Constitutional areas which some may find seemingly disparate otherwise. A recognition should be constructed and drafted carefully keeping in mind the sole exception which Australia negotiated in the Trans Pacific Partners

Yes. This should be in the Constitution.

Do you think that a guarantee against racial discrimination should go into the Constitution?
Yes
Do you have any ideas about what words to use for that guarantee, or where in the Constitution to put it?
It should be written in as a fundamental human right to nondiscrimination based on physical appearance. That is a broader statement, but exceptions for clothing choices in public forums and national security would obviously ensue.

As mentioned above, I suggest the ideas in similar directions of the Native American jurisdictions but further.
