Recognition that aboriginal people were here before colonisation and have valid land claims that cannot be abolished by state or commonwealth policy or new legislation

I suspect that true freedom for aboriginal people means that legislation that applies to them should also apply to any other Australian citizen

I would like to have something about equal for all as a right. Perhaps there are some inalienable human rights
