These people should be recognized as the original peoples of this country whilst the original idea that Australia was uninhabited should be disregarded.

Yes. This should be in the Constitution.

The Aboriginal people should be able to make decisions for themselves, they are the people who know what is needed, and can do so without the prejudice they encounter now.
Do you think that a guarantee against racial discrimination should go into the Constitution?
No
If there is not enough support for a guarantee in the Constitution, what other things can we do to stop racial discrimination in national laws?
I think we all go by the same rules, we can all claim discrimination for some reason in our lives, you just cannot legislate people to NOT discriminate.
Do you think Indigenous people should have a say when Parliament and government make laws and policies about Indigenous affairs?
