Do you have any other comments on a statement about the First Peoples of Australia?
It should replace the bible swearing in all government uses,ie courts parliament etc. I am not pro or anti constitution inclusion as i am unaware of the effects of either, other than psychological lip service.

Sections 25 and 51 should be completey removed as they allude to race a non existant ideology which stands against inclusivness of all peoples.
Do you think that a guarantee against racial discrimination should go into the Constitution?
No
If there is not enough support for a guarantee in the Constitution, what other things can we do to stop racial discrimination in national laws?
Utilise the anti-discrimination act of 1975

Race as a concept is outdated any attempt to pass laws around a "race" leads immediately to discrimination.
Do you think Indigenous people should have a say when Parliament and government make laws and policies about Indigenous affairs?
Yes
Should a new Indigenous group be set up under the Constitution to give advice and make sure Indigenous people have a voice in political decisions that affect them?
No

Governments should not make laws based on race ever again, whether benefical or otherwise.

If we are to change the Australian constitution then we need to update it by removing all disciminatory terms referring to race, ethnicity or gender.
