What should the change look like?
Removing the sections that are discriminatory and acknowledging our first citizens in the preamble.
Should we have a statement that acknowledges the First Peoples of Australia?
Yes. This should be in the Constitution.
Where is the best place to put it?
Preamble.
What should the statement say?
Something similar to along the lines of how we acknowledge elders and communities at the start of public gatherings.
