It should include the acknowledgement that Australia was and always has been settled by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People. The FIRST Australians.

Yes. This should be in the Constitution.

If there is not enough support for a guarantee in the Constitution, what other things can we do to stop racial discrimination in national laws?
Include a law to prevent discrimination against the FIRST Peoples. This law should not be used by other recent immigrant groups to have another form of law imposed on the Australian People.
