Yes. This should be in the Constitution.

It would have a small group of prominent ATSI representatives, possibly one from each state AND territories, they should be educated citizens that have relevant experience in certain fields, like most job applications (unlike most politicians).

There should be a finite term of tenure, as with the constitutional rulings to hold office of any Committee/Boards.

A fairer & modern Constitution.

Not at all. This is discrimination at it's worst.
