That's not my 'department' to say. But the Australian people acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders as the First Peoples of Australia would be simple enough. I'm not sure what the 'repercussions' of this would be.

Education, education, education. Its not just racial discrimination, its those with disabilities and sexual bias or otherwise who are also discriminated against. Why can't people just be nice to eachother?
