Recognise prior residency and ownership of this island continent by our indigenous peoples prior to British colonisation. I would like this to be an important step towards a legal resolution to dispossession and marginalisation, in the form of a treaty,

We the Australian people recognise the prior ownership of this island continent by its indigenous peoples. We honour indigenous elders past and present and respect and value their culture and traditions. We desire the full involvement and contribution of
